- New products sold by Puritron International Inc. carry a 24-month limited warranty, which will be effective on the invoice date.
- Warranty is void if the serial number sticker is removed or tampered with.
- Warranty is void for products found to be Physically Damaged, Mishandled, Processed by Incorrect Human Usage, or is Altered in any way.
- Customers must fill out an RMA Request Form and fax it back to Puritron in order for us to issue an RMA number, and the RMA number must be visible on the outside packaging of all returned merchandise.
- Puritron will NOT provide any spare parts to customers for replacement unless a certified maintenance authorization is issued by Puritron.
- DOA claim needs to be done within 14 days from the invoice date.

- Puritron has the right to cancel the RMA number as well as the RMA product property, in such case that the customer does not confirm and provide a feedback to the RMA proposal after a 3-month notification.
